Meet the Lobster Salad Sourdough End Roll: Cold chopped claw & knuckle lobster meat, gently mixed with celery and mayo, layered with crisp romaine and fresh avocado slices. Served on a hand-cut end piece from our signature sourdough loaf—mostly crust, all chew, split-top style for that perfect bite.

Each plate comes with Sweet Potato Fries, Coleslaw & Pickle. $30.
