At Heritage, we’re more than a restaurant—we’re a house built of food, art, and family legacy.
My father came to this country from Greece and built his life in the NY diner business. I was born into it in Brooklyn, raised on the rhythm of breakfast rushes and the scent of fresh bread. Today, that legacy lives on in every corner of our Mount Sinai Diner

Our sourdough is made fresh and slow-fermented for deep flavor. It’s the base of our pizzas, the soul of our French toast, and the quiet hero of our sandwiches.
Outside, my father still tends the garden—growing the herbs and vegetables that find their way into our specials and main dishes. Inside, I design the recipes, the plating, and sometimes the artwork on the walls. From music to menu, every detail is curated with care.

This is our house. Built of food. Rooted in art. Shared with you.
